When you just plain need more time…
We get that! This is a big decision and you need time. But we have to give other brides time, too. So we have put special rules on multiple appointments - these are ones where you’re coming in to try on dresses only - this does not refer to alterations, pickups or any other appointments.
To be fair and keep everyone happy, here’s how we handle these instances:
1 - we’ll schedule you two weekend appointments, but for others, we need you to come in during the week;
2 - for the 4th appointment and others, we request a $50 appointment fee. The $50 is non-refundable, but it does apply to the purchase of your gown.
