“I had given up on finding a wedding dress that would work for me. So much so that my mom had begun working on a pattern to make my dress. I knew exactly what I was looking for and couldn’t seem to find it anywhere. My mom and I decided to try one more time and I am so glad we did! Jazzmin and manager Karen were wonderful. We did not have an appointment, yet they were happy to help. They listened to what I was looking for and pulled a few dresses for me to try on. The first dress was exactly what I had been searching for! As a plus sized bride it has been hard going into shops and trying on dresses in sample sizes that just didn’t fit. They actually had dresses in my size which really helped in the whole process. I went in not expecting to find anything and was so happy to have found a dress that matched my vision and fit my budget. Thank you so much to the ladies at Uptown Bride for turning my search for a wedding dress around! I can’t wait to see what the finished permanent space will look like.
